Qualifications

• 5+ years managing large enterprise systems; 3+ years directly managing ServiceNow with ITSM/ITOM/IRM focus.
• 2+ full ServiceNow implementations completed; CSA cert; CIS ITSM/Discovery or similar preferred.
• Experience leading agile project teams; ability to coordinate across onshore/offshore resources; travel as needed.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage ServiceNow client implementations from planning to post-engagement support.
• Lead client workshops to present ITSM/ITOM/IRM best practices and translate needs into requirements.
• Define roadmaps with decision-makers and ensure delivery aligns with strategy.
• Mentor teams and clients on ServiceNow operations, upgrades, and development.
• Lead onshore and offshore teams to deliver agile-based deliverables.
• Support business development activities and engage with cross-line resources.
• Manage engagements following KPMG's financial/cost policies.
