Job summary

LS Solutions is seeking a ServiceNow program lead to manage client implementations and drive multiple workstreams from planning through post-engagement support.

Responsibilities include leading workshops, developing roadmaps with decision-makers, mentoring teams, coordinating on-shore/off-shore resources, supporting business development, and ensuring engagements align with financial policies and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience managing large enterprise systems, with at least three years focused on ServiceNow platform management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Completion of at least two ServiceNow implementations; current CSA certification and CIS modules preferred.
• Experience leading agile project teams of varying sizes.
• Ability to travel as needed; authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops, translating complex needs into technical requirements for ITSM, ITOM, or IRM solutions.
• Engage with decision-makers to develop project roadmaps aligned with organizational strategies.
• Guide, train, and mentor team members and clients on ServiceNow operations, upgrades, and development.
• Oversee on-shore and off-shore teams to deliver agile-based project components.
• Support business development activities like proposal development and client pursuits.
• Manage engagements in accordance with financial policies, maintaining professionalism and integrity.
