Job summary

val's services seeks a seasoned ServiceNow Program Manager to oversee client implementations, guiding multiple workstreams from planning to post-implementation support. You will run workshops to gather requirements, translate needs into technical solutions, and steer decision-makers on project roadmaps aligned with strategic goals.

You will lead on-shore and off-shore teams, mentor staff on ServiceNow operations, upgrades, and development, and contribute to business development activities.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience managing enterprise systems, with at least three years focused on ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, IRM).
• Experience leading diverse teams on Agile projects.
• Completed at least two full ServiceNow implementations and holding CSA certification; extra CIS-ITSM/CIS-Discovery/CIS-Risk certifications are preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to travel as needed and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-shore and off-shore teams to deliver agile-based projects.
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship on ServiceNow operations, upgrades, and development.
• Support business development activities such as proposal development and client engagement.
• Manage project engagements in line with financial policies and maintain professionalism.
