Job summary

LS Solutions is seeking a ServiceNow program manager to lead multi-workstream client implementations from planning through post-implementation support. You will drive workshops on ITSM, ITOM, and IRM, translating complex needs into technical requirements and aligning deliverables with client strategies.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years managing large enterprise systems, 3+ years in ServiceNow deliveries (ITSM/ITOM/IRM).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Completed at least two ServiceNow implementations with current ServiceNow System Administration certs; CIS Certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-shore and off-shore teams to deliver agile projects.
• Support business development activities including proposals and pursuits.
• Manage engagements in line with financial policies.
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship on ServiceNow operations, upgrades, and development.
