Job summary

LS Solutions is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow delivery lead to manage client implementations, guiding multiple workstreams from planning through post-support and ensuring delivery aligned with client and organizational goals.

You will lead workshops to translate ITSM, ITOM, and IRM requirements into actionable solutions, manage on-shore and off-shore teams, and engage with decision-makers to shape roadmaps. Travel as needed and a comprehensive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

Minimum five years of experience managing large enterprise systems.
At least three years focused on ServiceNow platform management.

Responsibilities

Lead client workshops to gather and translate ITSM/ITOM/IRM requirements into functional and technical solutions.
Manage on-shore and off-shore teams to deliver agile-based projects with mentorship.
Engage with decision-makers to develop project roadmaps and align with client objectives.
Support business development activities, including proposal development and pursuits.
Oversee engagement financials and ensure adherence to cost management policies.
