Job summary

Accenture is seeking a ServiceNow Delivery Lead Senior Manager to drive successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions for client engagements. You will lead multi‑workstream programs, manage scope, budget, and client satisfaction while guiding an implementation team and influencing senior sponsor decisions.

You will leverage your enterprise software background and ITIL/semi‑certifications to shape governance, risk, and value delivery across the project lifecycle, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering enterprise technology or digital transformation programs.
• 6+ years delivering and governing ServiceNow implementations.
• 4+ years of client-facing delivery leadership.
• ServiceNow System Administrator certification or 5+ years platform experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (12+ years total).

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements from post sales to successful delivery, including scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction and business outcomes.
• Manage all aspects of project delivery and solution delivery.
• Lead and manage the implementation project team.
• Prepare client-facing and internal deliverables such as project plan, issues/risk register and weekly status reports.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional value to clients and coordinate with ServiceNow account teams.
• Drive continuous improvements of implementation methodology and service offerings.
• Demonstrated experience deploying Enterprise Software solutions in client environments.
• Influence and consult with stakeholders providing options and risk assessments.
• Access to robust training and certification opportunities as part of the ServiceNow Business Group.
