Job summary

RoShay Services in Boston seeks an experienced Manager, ServiceNow to lead client implementations and coordinate multiple workstreams across planning, execution, and post-engagement support.

The role requires guiding workshops, translating needs into technical requirements, and mentoring teams on operations, upgrades, and development while coordinating on-shore and off-shore delivery in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ experience managing large enterprise systems.
• At least three years focused on ServiceNow platform management.
• Experience leading two full ServiceNow implementations.
• Relevant certifications (CSA and others) are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client ServiceNow implementations across multiple workstreams.
• Facilitate client workshops to capture needs and translate into requirements.
• Mentor team members and clients on ServiceNow operations, upgrades and development.
• Coordinate on-shore and off-shore teams to deliver agile-based solutions.
• Support business development activities such as proposal development and pursuing opportunities.
• Manage engagements in line with financial policies.
