Job summary

LS Solutions is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow engagement manager to oversee client implementations from planning through post‑engagement support. You will conduct workshops, translate complex needs into requirements, and guide decision-makers on project roadmaps.

The role requires leading on‑shore and off‑shore teams in agile environments, mentoring staff, and aligning engagements with financial policies while supporting business development efforts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing large enterprise systems, with at least 3 years focused on ServiceNow, ITSM, ITOM, or IRM
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Two full ServiceNow implementations completed with current certifications such as CSA, CIS-ITSM, Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, Risk & Compliance, or Vulnerability Response
• Proven leadership delivering agile projects with teams of various sizes
• Ability to travel as needed and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

• Manage ServiceNow client implementations and lead multiple workstreams from planning to post-engagement support
• Conduct client workshops and translate complex needs into technical requirements
• Guide decision-makers on project roadmaps and mentor teams on ServiceNow operations and upgrades
