Job summary

Accenture is seeking a ServiceNow Delivery Lead Senior Manager to drive successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions in a client consulting setting. You will lead post‑sales engagements, manage multi‑workstream programs, and coordinate with account teams to ensure business outcomes while guiding teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering enterprise technology or digital transformation programs.
• 6+ years hands-on delivering ServiceNow implementations.
• 4+ years client-facing delivery leadership with senior stakeholders.
• ServiceNow System Administrator certification or 5+ years platform experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (≥12 years total).

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements from post-sales to successful delivery including scope, budget, and outcomes.
• Manage all aspects of project and solution delivery.
• Lead and manage the implementation project team.
• Prepare client-facing and internal deliverables like project plans and risk registers.
• Identify opportunities to add value and coordinate with ServiceNow account teams.
• Drive improvements to implementation methodology and offerings.
