Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation in the United States is seeking a Change and Enablement Lead to ensure new ServiceNow processes are understood, adopted, and sustained by users across client environments.

You will lead change management activities, create role-based guidance, design Train-the-Trainer programs, and coordinate knowledge transfer to client teams while partnering with stakeholders to close adoption gaps.

Qualifications

• Experience leading change management and user adoption for ServiceNow implementations.
• Ability to develop role-based process guidance and training materials (e.g., Quick Reference Guides).
• Experience designing and delivering Train-the-Trainer programs.
• Experience supporting operational transitions and knowledge transfer to client or support teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management and enablement activities that drive adoption of new ServiceNow processes and capabilities.
• Create Quick Reference Guides and role-based process guidance tailored to each user group.
• Design and deliver Train-the-Trainer sessions to scale learning across the organization.
• Support the transition to operations through knowledge transfer and handover to client teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to spot adoption gaps and adjust enablement materials and approach.
