Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a Change and Enablement Lead to drive adoption of ServiceNow processes and capabilities across client teams. You will guide users from go-live through steady-state, collaborating with business owners, trainers, and delivery teams.

You will design training materials, run Train-the-Trainer programs, and develop role-based guidance. This remote US-based position emphasizes stakeholder collaboration, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading change management, enablement, and user adoption for ServiceNow implementations.
• Ability to develop role-based process guidance and training materials.
• Experience designing and delivering Train-the-Trainer programs.
• Experience supporting operational transitions and knowledge transfer to client or support teams.
• Certifications in change management (e.g., CCMP/Prosci) are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead change management and enablement activities that drive adoption of new ServiceNow processes and capabilities.
• Create Quick Reference Guides and role-based process guidance tailored to each user group.
• Design and deliver Train-the-Trainer sessions to scale learning across the organization.
• Support the transition to operations through structured knowledge transfer and handover to client teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to spot adoption gaps and adjust enablement materials and approach.
