Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a Change and Enablement Lead to ensure new ServiceNow processes are understood, adopted, and sustained by users from go-live through steady-state operations. You will work with client business owners, trainers, and delivery teams to guide adoption.

You will design Train-the-Trainer programs, create role-based guidance, and transfer knowledge to client teams, helping close adoption gaps and scale learning across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading change management, enablement, and user adoption for ServiceNow implementations.
• Ability to develop role-based process guidance and training materials such as Quick Reference Guides.
• Experience designing and delivering Train-the-Trainer programs.
• Experience supporting operational transitions and knowledge transfer to client or support teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management and enablement activities that drive adoption of new ServiceNow processes and capabilities.
• Create Quick Reference Guides and role-based process guidance tailored to each user group.
• Design and deliver Train-the-Trainer sessions that prepare client trainers to scale learning across the organization.
• Support the transition to operations through structured knowledge transfer and handover to client teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to spot adoption gaps and adjust enablement materials and approach.
