Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a Change and Enablement Lead to drive adoption of ServiceNow processes across client teams. You will lead change management, create role-based guidance, and design Train-the-Trainer programs to scale learning.

This remote role is open to qualified applicants in the United States and emphasizes knowledge transfer to client teams. You will collaborate with stakeholders, develop quick reference guides, and continuously adjust enablement

Qualifications

• Experience leading change management and enablement for ServiceNow implementations.
• Ability to develop role-based process guidance and training materials.
• Experience designing and delivering Train-the-Trainer programs.
• Experience transferring knowledge to client or support teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management and enablement activities to drive adoption of new ServiceNow processes.
• Create role-based process guidance and Quick Reference Guides for user groups.
• Design and deliver Train-the-Trainer sessions to scale learning across the organization.
• Support transition to operations through structured knowledge transfer and handover to client teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify adoption gaps and adjust materials and approach.
