Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a Change and Enablement Lead to ensure new ServiceNow processes are understood, adopted, and sustained by end users. You will coordinate with client teams, developers, and trainers to guide users from go-live through steady-state operations.

You will create role-based guidance, design Train-the-Trainer programs, and lead knowledge transfer for smooth handover to client teams, while partnering with stakeholders to close adoption gaps across

• Experience leading change management, enablement, and user adoption for ServiceNow implementations.
• Proven ability to develop role-based process guidance and training materials.
• Experience designing and delivering Train-the-Trainer programs.
• Experience supporting operational transitions and knowledge transfer to client teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management and enablement activities that drive adoption of new ServiceNow processes and capabilities.
• Create Quick Reference Guides and role-based process guidance for each user group.
• Design and deliver Train-the-Trainer sessions to scale learning across the organization.
• Support the transition to operations through knowledge transfer and handover to client teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to spot adoption gaps and adjust enablement materials and approach.
