Job summary
Truist is seeking a ServiceNow Automation Platform Engineer to lead AI, automation, and platform modernization across the ServiceNow ecosystem. You will design scalable automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and governance validation to streamline engineering workflows and improve platform reliability.
Work closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, compliant, and scalable platform operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field required.
- 7+ years of professional software development experience.
- Deep knowledge of programming languages, architecture, and design principles.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, testing, deployment, and security practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical design and implementation of scalable software solutions for the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Develop reusable automation frameworks and governance patterns to improve reliability and delivery.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and architecture teams to shape technology approaches.
- Provide technical guidance and coaching to engineers, and review work for quality.
