Job summary
Truist is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Platform Engineer to own the engineering, operations, administration, and automation of the enterprise ServiceNow platform. You will partner with product owners, security teams, and development teams to deliver secure, scalable platform capabilities across large environments.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software development.
- Deep knowledge of multiple programming languages, software architecture, and design principles.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle, testing, deployment, and security practices.
Responsibilities
- Engineer, support, and continuously improve the ServiceNow platform and associated applications.
- Design and implement scalable automation solutions using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, APIs, and platform-native capabilities.
- Build and maintain modern CI/CD pipelines supporting source control, automated deployment, automated testing, and release governance.
- Develop and maintain platform integrations using REST APIs, web services, and integration frameworks.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering documentation, standards, and knowledge sharing.
