Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Platform Engineer to own engineering, operations, automation, and reliability of the enterprise ServiceNow platform. You will design, implement, and maintain scalable solutions, leveraging modern CI/CD, APIs, and platform automation to improve delivery speed, quality, security, and stability.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong knowledge of software architecture, lifecycle, testing, deployment, and security.

Responsibilities

Engineer, support, and continuously improve the ServiceNow platform and applications.
Design and implement scalable automation solutions using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, APIs.
Build and maintain modern CI/CD pipelines for deployment and testing.
Develop platform integrations using REST APIs and web services.
Lead engineering standards, patterns, and best practices.
Implement automated testing using ServiceNow ATF and validation tools.
Support platform upgrades, releases, and environment strategy.
Monitor performance, reliability, and drive continuous improvement.
Troubleshoot complex issues across configurations, integrations, and automation.
Collaborate with cybersecurity, risk, and compliance teams.
