Job summary

Truist is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Platform Engineer to lead engineering, operations, and automation for the enterprise ServiceNow platform. You will design, implement, and maintain scalable platform solutions while driving automation and delivery excellence.

The role requires hands-on experience managing ServiceNow in large enterprises, with experience in CI/CD, source control, automated testing, and integrations.

Qualifications

• The candidate has a bachelor’s degree in CS/SE or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of professional software development experience.
• Deep knowledge of programming, architecture, and SDLC best practices.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform engineering and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of scalable, secure software solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across configurations, integrations, and workflows.
• Develop and maintain platform automation and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with product owners, security teams, and developers.
• Partner with teams to establish engineering standards and reusable patterns.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering docs.
