Job summary

Harris Computer is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator / Automation Analyst to administer the ServiceNow platform, drive AI-enabled service improvement, and expand automation to reduce manual work.

You will partner with business and technical stakeholders to design, configure, test, and implement practical ServiceNow solutions, enhance Employee Center and Service Portal, and support releases, upgrades, and UAT.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on ServiceNow administration experience.
• CSA certification or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and core platform configuration.
• Hands-on experience with Virtual Agent or AI-enabled self-service and automation.
• Experience applying generative AI or AI-assisted workflows in a business/IT environment.
• Experience with Flow Designer and workflow automation.
• Experience building Service Catalog items and service request workflows.
• Experience with Employee Center/Service Portal customization and related web tech.

Responsibilities

• Support AI-enabled service improvement and self-service initiatives using ServiceNow AI capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Design and enhance Service Catalog items, forms, approvals, and fulfillment workflows.
• Configure Employee Center and Service Portal UX enhancements.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and APIs.
• Translate business requirements into functional requirements and test plans.
• Administer and optimize ITSM configurations and platform health.
• Lead or coordinate UAT and testing activities.
• Document processes, testing, and progress for stakeholders.
