Job summary

Harris Computer seeks a ServiceNow Administrator/Automation Analyst to administer the ServiceNow platform, drive AI-enabled improvements, and automate key business processes. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to design, test, and implement practical ServiceNow solutions, including catalog items, workflows, and portal enhancements.

The candidate will join an existing team, contribute to AI initiatives, and help deliver scalable, user-friendly IT services with strong communication

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on ServiceNow administration, configuration, or platform support experience.
• ServiceNow CSA certification or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and core platform configuration.
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled self-service and automation capabilities.
• Experience applying generative AI or AI-assisted workflows in business/IT services.
• Experience Flow Designer/workflow automation.
• Experience building and configuring Service Catalog items and service request workflows.
• Experience Employee Center and Service Portal customization (JS/HTML/CSS/Bootstrap).
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into practical solutions.
• Experience creating/testing UAT and coordinating releases.

Responsibilities

• Support AI-enabled service improvement and self-service initiatives using ServiceNow AI capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline processes using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Design, build, and enhance Service Catalog items and service request workflows.
• Configure Employee Center and Service Portal and improve user experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into process flows and acceptance criteria.
• Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform and ITSM functionality.
• Create and execute test plans and coordinate UAT with stakeholders.
• Support releases, upgrades, and deployments; maintain documentation.
