Job summary

Harris Computer is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator / Automation Analyst to support the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on AI-enabled service improvement and automation. You will work with business and technical stakeholders to design, configure, test, and implement practical ServiceNow solutions that reduce manual effort and improve self-service.

Qualifications

3–5 years hands-on ServiceNow administration, configuration, or platform support experience.
ServiceNow CSA certification or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with ITSM and core platform configuration.
Hands-on experience with AI-enabled self-service and automation capabilities.
Experience applying generative/conversational AI in IT service environments.
Experience with Flow Designer and workflow automation to simplify processes.
Experience building and configuring Service Catalog items and related workflows.
Experience with Employee Center and Service Portal customization.

Responsibilities

Support AI-enabled service improvement and self-service initiatives using ServiceNow capabilities.
Identify opportunities to simplify and automate manual processes with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
Design and enhance Service Catalog items and service request workflows.
Configure Employee Center and Service Portal; improve user experience.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into processes and requirements.
Administer, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot the ServiceNow platform and ITSM.
Create and execute test plans and coordinate UAT with stakeholders.
Support releases, upgrades, and post-implementation activities.
Document processes, testing, and user guides; communicate progress and risks.
Leverage data and feedback for continual improvement.
