Job summary

Harris Computer is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator / Automation Analyst to support AI-enabled service improvement, automation, and ITSM on our ServiceNow platform. You will design, configure, test, and implement practical solutions while collaborating with stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver measurable improvements.

You will work alongside an experienced Senior Administrator/Developer, driving platform enhancements, AI initiatives, workflow automation, and continual improvement

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on ServiceNow administration and configuration.
• CSA certification or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with ITSM and core platform configuration.
• Hands-on with Virtual Agent or AI-enabled self-service and automation.
• Experience applying generative AI or AI-assisted workflows.
• Experience with Flow Designer and workflow automation.
• Experience building Service Catalog items and service request workflows.
• Knowledge of Employee Center or Service Portal and JavaScript/HTML/CSS.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
• Experience coordinating or executing UAT and testing.

Responsibilities

• Support AI-enabled service improvement and self-service initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Design and enhance Service Catalog items and workflows.
• Configure Employee Center and Service Portal UI improvements.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems via APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Translate business needs into process flows, user stories, and plans.
• Administer and troubleshoot the ServiceNow platform and ITSM.
• Create and execute test plans and coordinate UAT with stakeholders.
• Support releases, upgrades, and post-implementation activities.
• Document processes and communicate progress, risks, and outcomes.
