Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, and integrations.
Professional certifications relevant to the role (CTA or CMA preferred).

Responsibilities

Serve as the ServiceNow technical lead and architect, with deep experience in ITSM and CMDB.
Lead a small team of ServiceNow developers, providing guidance and mentorship.
Support CMDB governance; define roadmaps and data integrity standards.
Design and develop complex integrations using APIs and data connectors.
Oversee ServiceNow access control, security, and platform stability.
Drive end-to-end ServiceNow delivery from planning to production readiness.
Maintain architectural documentation and project artifacts.
Collaborate with IT operations and enterprise architecture teams.
