Job summary

Steampunk seeks a Senior ServiceNow Administrator to support a federal customer and modernize agency information security programs. You will leverage ServiceNow to automate security processes and improve IT delivery and risk management.

The ideal candidate designs and implements ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB), builds dashboards, and guides workflow improvements, while pursuing a U.S. government security clearance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant IT experience, or Bachelor's with 5+ years, or no degree with 9+ years.
• Professional certification relevant to ServiceNow or related products.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. government Security Clearance.
• 5–10+ years of experience supporting Enterprise IT programs.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports ServiceNow team to design and mature CMDB, ITSM, and other modules.
• Drives development of business processes into ServiceNow applications and self-service catalog improvements.
• Designs solutions within ServiceNow for forms, workflows, UI, and ACLs.
• Supports data loads, transform maps, and XML integrations.
• Develops and maintains process mapping across organizational boundaries.
• Develops dashboards for performance reporting and maintains Dev-Test-Prod pipelines.
