Job summary

Steampunk is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform to support enterprise workflows, ITSM, ITOM, and CSM for a federal client. The role collaborates with product owners, BAs, and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly applications that meet organizational requirements.

You will ensure platform stability, follow best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement across the ServiceNow ecosystem,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5 years relevant experience.
• 3+ years hands-on ServiceNow development including scripting.
• Experience with Flow Designer and Service Catalog development.
• REST and SOAP API integrations experience.
• Knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB and Knowledge apps.
• Security clearance eligibility.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions including integrations.
• Develop client scripts, business rules, UI policies, and UI actions.
• Create flows and automation using Flow Designer.
• Customize Service Catalog items, record producers, and workflows.
• Develop dashboards and reports for performance monitoring.
• Ensure secure, compliant development practices.
• Document processes and maintain platform diagrams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements.
