Responsibilities

Serve as ServiceNow technical lead and architect for ITSM, CMDB, and custom work
Lead a small team of developers; provide code reviews and mentorship
Support CMDB maturity, governance, data integrity and automation
Design and develop complex integrations using APIs and data connectors
Oversee access control, alerting, and data security within ServiceNow
Drive end-to-end delivery, including planning, testing, and production readiness
Maintain architectural documentation and project artifacts
Partner with IT ops and EA teams to align with standards
Collaborate to refine requirements and user stories; ensure clear deliverables
Promote agile practices and accountability within the team
Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management
