Job summary

Steampunk seeks a Senior ServiceNow Administrator to support a federal customer. You will modernize enterprise IT delivery and risk management using ServiceNow, learning quickly and implementing security automation.

You will design workflows, dashboards, and data loads while collaborating with stakeholders to improve processes and reporting. A government clearance is anticipated; a strong ITSM/CMDB background is required.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree with 3+ years in relevant work or a Bachelor's with 5+ years.
• No degree? at least 9 years of relevant experience.
• Possesses a professional certification relevant to the service provided.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. government Security Clearance.
• 5–10+ years supporting Enterprise IT programs.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB) is preferred.
• Experience with federal policy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and mature CMDB, ITSM, and other ServiceNow modules.
• Develop business process improvements in ServiceNow applications.
• Create workflows, forms, UI, and catalog items in ServiceNow.
• Support data loads, transform maps, and XML integration.
• Map processes and workflows across teams.
• Translate requirements into fully functional features with stakeholders.
• Document and redesign processes in ServiceNow workflows for efficiency.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow and JIRA dashboards for performance.
• Apply Agile methods for ServiceNow development and manage pipelines.
