Qualifications

• 16 years of relevant experience without a degree; OR 10 years with a Bachelor's; OR 7 years with a Master's.
• 10‑15+ years of experience supporting Enterprise IT programs.
• Federal Experience Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the ServiceNow technical lead and architect with deep ITSM experience.
• Lead a small team of ServiceNow developers by providing technical guidance.
• Support CMDB maturity and governance.
