Job summary

EY seeks a ServiceNow AI Architect Manager to lead AI-enabled transformation programs, guiding design, development, and governance of AI-driven solutions across client engagements. You will collaborate with EY’s AI & Data teams to define end-to-end strategies and ensure successful delivery.

You will oversee a multi‑disciplinary team, mentor staff, and build strong client relationships while contributing to pre‑sales efforts and project artifacts. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow NOW Assist or AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, or AI Control Tower).

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow Transformation teams and guide delivery from planning through execution and closure.
• Engage with external clients, drive workstreams, and manage risk and quality.
