Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow AI Architect Manager to lead transformation programs, shape AI-driven strategies, and deliver innovative ServiceNow solutions for clients. You will guide teams across design, configuration, deployment, and governance, coordinating with EY's AI & Data stakeholders.

You will mentor a diverse team, drive pre-sales activities, and manage complex engagements in a hybrid client-facing model, with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 2–5 years of ServiceNow NOW Assist implementation experience.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, or AI Control Tower).
• Professional certifications in NOW Assist for ITSM/HRSD/CSM are a plus.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow Transformation teams and guide AI-driven transformation for clients.
• Drive design, configuration, development, testing and deployment across engagements.
• Manage a multi-disciplinary team (5–10+ resources) including offshore staff.
• Engage with clients in workshops, planning, and delivery; travel as needed.
