Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow AI Architect Manager in the United States to lead AI-driven transformation projects and shape our strategic point of view on AI-enabled services. You will drive design, development, and governance of cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions for clients across industries.

You will spearhead AI strategy with EY’s AI & Data team, manage complex workstreams, mentor teams, and collaborate with clients to deliver end-to-end AI capabilities while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–5 years of ServiceNow NOW Assist implementation experience.
• Experience delivering ServiceNow AI solutions (NOW Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow AI project delivery including design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Guide multi‑discipline teams of 5–10+ resources (onshore/offshore).
• Engage with clients regularly and manage workstreams from planning to closure.
• Travel may be required to meet client needs.
