Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow AI Architect Manager to lead AI transformation initiatives across client engagements. You will shape AI strategies, guide design and deployment of AI-native solutions, and collaborate with EY's AI & Data teams to deliver end-to-end programs.

The role requires strong leadership, governance, and client-facing skills, with travel as needed. EY offers a hybrid US work model and a robust rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• Typically 2–5 years of ServiceNow NOW Assist implementation experience.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, or AI Control Tower).
• Driver’s license valid in the U.S. and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow AI projects from design through deployment, including governance and quality reviews.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources and coordinate with offshore staff.
• Engage with clients regularly in workshops and executive sessions; drive pre-sales support when needed.
• Balance scope, timelines and budgets while ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
