Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow AI Architect Manager to lead transformation teams and shape AI strategies for clients in a rapidly evolving digital economy. You will drive design, development, and governance of AI-enabled solutions, collaborating with EY's AI & Data team to deliver end-to-end AI programs across client environments.

The role emphasizes leading cross‑functional teams, managing client relationships, and delivering high‑impact outcomes through NOW Assist, Moveworks, and related AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or similar
• 2–5 years of ServiceNow NOW Assist implementation experience
• Experience implementing ServiceNow AI solutions
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience
• Driver’s license and ability to travel

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow AI project delivery across design, configuration, development, testing and deployment
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources including offshore resources
• Engage with external clients and lead workstreams from planning to closure; travel may be required
• Build client relationships and demonstrate EY services
