Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead AI transformation initiatives, design and deploy AI-native solutions, and partner with EY’s AI & Data team. You will guide client engagements across NOW Assist, Moveworks, and related AI capabilities, ensuring successful delivery and governance.

You will manage diverse, cross-functional teams, drive strategic thinking, and mentor staff while traveling as needed to support external clients in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar.
• Typically 2–5 years of ServiceNow experience and 1 year implementing NOW Assist.
• 2–5 years experience with Moveworks platform selling and/or implementing.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow’s AI solutions (NOW Assist, Agentic, or AI Control Tower).
• Strong soft skills – executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork and organization.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• Driver’s license valid in the U.S. and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as engagement/workstream lead across all ServiceNow AI project phases (design, configuration, development, testing, deployment).
• Manage a multi-disciplinary team (5–10+ resources, offshore included) and mentor team members.
• Build client relationships and demonstrate EY services value.
