Job summary

Ernst & Young (EY) is seeking a ServiceNow AI Architect Manager to lead AI-driven transformation programs. You will shape EY’s AI strategy, drive design and deployment of NOW Assist and related tools, and collaborate with clients to deliver end‑to‑end AI solutions across processes and governance.

The role requires 2–5+ years in ServiceNow NOW Assist, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field.
• 2+ to 5+ years’ ServiceNow NOW Assist implementation experience.
• Experience delivering AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, or AI Control Tower).
• Certifications such as NOW Assist suite (ITSM/HRSD/CSM) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow AI transformation projects and workstreams.
• Guide multi-disciplinary teams including offshore resources.
• Engage with clients, facilitate sessions, and ensure quality delivery.
