Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience with 1–2 years in IRM/GRC modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP integrations.
• ServiceNow certifications preferred: CSA; Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance.

Aufgaben

• Build and configure ServiceNow IRM applications such as Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, and Vendor Risk.
• Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer flows to support IRM processes.
• Implement integrations with external systems (e.g., ITSM, Security Operations, third-party GRC tools).
• Create reports, dashboards, and performance analytics indicators for compliance and risk monitoring.
• Work closely with architects and business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform unit testing and support system/integration/UAT testing activities.
