Qualifications

• 4–8 years of IT experience in a large enterprise.
• Experience configuring ServiceNow, including IRM/GRC modules.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, third‑party integrations, JavaScript, XML, XSL stylesheets, and web services.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Review the work done by team members as per ServiceNow best practices.
• Develop solutions in ServiceNow, prepare estimates and work on capability presentation, Proof of Concept.
• Understand functional, technical, and business requirements and turn them into a successful implementation.
