Job summary

Alldus International Consulting Ltd. seeks a seasoned ServiceNow Principal Technical Consultant to design and deliver AI-driven solutions on a contract basis in Ohio. You will lead architecture, leverage Now Assist, AI Agents, and GenAI workflows while mentoring delivery teams and owning project outcomes.

Responsibilities include implementing AI modules, integrating with LLMs, and guiding governance and best practices to maximize ROI. Travel up to 15% is expected.

Qualifications

• Expert-level ServiceNow development and architecture experience.
• Strong experience with Now Assist, AI Agents and Agentic AI.
• Expertise across at least two ServiceNow modules/process areas.
• Understanding of GenAI, LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Experience with AI integrations and workflow automation.
• Strong client-facing, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead technical delivery while remaining hands-on.
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications highly desirable.
• Able to travel up to 15%.
• US citizen or Green Card only.
