Job summary

The candidate will own end-to-end architecture for multiple towers, partnering with onsite stakeholders and offshore delivery teams to enable intelligent automation and AI-driven workflows.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Now Assist (custom + OOTB skills).
• Experience with AI Studio and AI Agent development.
• Understanding of Agentic AI patterns and AI orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Own solution architecture and delivery ownership for AI-enabled transformations.
• Lead design for identified use cases using ServiceNow Now Assist as base.
• Build and operationalize Now Assist AI Agents and integrations.
