Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow AI Architect Manager to lead AI-driven transformation for clients, shaping AI strategy and delivering cutting-edge architectures. You will manage design, development and deployment of AI-native solutions, partnering with EY’s AI & Data teams to address complex business challenges and unlock growth opportunities.

You’ll guide a multi-disciplinary team, oversee governance and risk, and maintain strong client relationships across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar
• 2–5 years of ServiceNow NOW Assist implementation experience
• Experience implementing ServiceNow’s AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, or AI Control Tower)

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow AI projects and delivery including design, configuration, development, testing and deployment
• Direct a multi-disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources including offshore staff
• Engage with external clients, manage workstreams from planning through execution and closure
• Travel to meet client needs as required
