Job summary

EY seeks a ServiceNow AI Architect Manager to lead transformation teams and shape AI-driven client solutions. You will guide design, development, and governance of AI-enabled ServiceNow projects, collaborating with EY's AI & Data teams to drive end-to-end strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• Typically, no less than 2 - 5 years of relevant ServiceNow NOW Assist implementation experience.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow’s AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, or AI Control Tower).
• Minimum of 1 of the following ServiceNow certifications: NOW Assist for ITSM / HRSD / CSM.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow Transformation teams and manage client workstreams.
• Engage with external clients, plan through execution and closure, including travel as needed.
• Provide direction and feedback to team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
