Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow AI Architect Manager to lead transformation teams and drive AI-driven client success. You will guide the design, development, and deployment of AI-native solutions within ServiceNow, aligning with governance and scalability goals.

You will collaborate with EY’s AI & Data teams to deliver end-to-end strategies that unlock growth while mentoring a multi-disciplinary team and engaging with key clients across sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (CS/IS/Engineering or similar).
• 2–5 years of ServiceNow NOW Assist implementation experience.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, or AI Control Tower).
• At least one of NOW Assist ITSM/HRSD/CSM certifications.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent soft skills: communication, adaptability, problem-solving, teamwork, reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow AI projects, guiding design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Engage with external clients and steer workstreams from planning to closure.
• Travel may be required to meet client needs.
