Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow AI Architect Manager to lead transformation programs and drive AI-enabled outcomes for clients. You will shape our strategic AI point of view, design end-to-end solutions, and collaborate with EY’s AI & Data team to deliver governance frameworks and robust deployments.

You will manage cross-functional teams, mentor 5–10+ resources (including offshore), and build strong client relationships while guiding pre-sales and delivery across waterfall and agile models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or related discipline.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow NOW Assist and AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow Transformation teams and AI strategy development.
• Engage with clients, guide workstreams, and ensure quality delivery.
• Travel to meet client needs as required.
