Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure workplace safety and follow all safety policies and training
• Consult with customers, build relationships, and educate about vehicle conditions per MPI inspection
• Aim for higher-than-average customer engagement as measured by SAX score
• Learn VIP processes and execute duties to deliver a better customer experience
• Complete LMS and vendor trainings; attain ASE and TI A certifications as listed
• Maintain facility/equipment, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for daily operations
• Enforce compliance with service ethics and regulations
• Communicate with management to ensure adherence to standards and policies
• Provide general support and participate in management meetings as needed
