Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Service Manager to lead and directly manage a customer-facing Service team. The role includes hiring, performance management, and driving high levels of customer satisfaction through effective leadership and process improvements.

You will train staff on sales techniques, manage budgets, and ensure achievement of sales, profit, inventory, and payroll goals. Travel to customer sites and hands-on support of the team are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hiring and performance management of a customer-facing service team.
• Provide leadership to maintain a safe working environment and high customer satisfaction.
• Train the team on effective sales techniques and goodwill at customer sites.
• Support service reps with field visits and assist in pickups/deliveries as needed.
