Cintas is seeking a Service Manager to directly manage our customer facing Service team.

Responsibilities include hiring and performance management; managing the overall performance of a team; providing leadership by fostering a safe working environment; successful resolution of customer related issues; training a team on effective sales techniques; performing goodwill of customers at the customer site while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction; achieving sales, profit, inventory

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience in management or industrial sales preferred.

Responsabilités
