Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Service Manager to directly manage our customer facing Service team in Tulsa. The role focuses on hiring, performance management, and driving world-class service while achieving sales and cost targets.

Responsibilities include leading by example, resolving customer issues, and training staff on sales techniques. The position requires hands-on support, occasional visits to customer sites, and driving a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Required: valid driver's license.
• Preferred: management experience.
• Preferred: experience in industrial sales or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Hire and manage performance of the service team.
• Lead the team and foster a safe working environment.
• Resolve customer-related issues and drive high satisfaction.
• Train team on effective sales techniques and goodwill at customer sites.
• Achieve sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals; manage budget and operations.
• Provide hands-on support to reports and visit customers as needed.
• Drive company vehicle to/from customer locations and assist with pick-up/delivery.
• Perform managerial duties.
