Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Service Manager to directly lead our customer-facing Service team. You will hire and manage performance, drive safety and customer satisfaction, and oversee sales techniques and cost control, including budget and payroll goals across the unit.

The role emphasizes hands-on support, visiting customer sites as needed, and maintaining world-class service with goodwill at all times. Strong leadership and experience in service or industrial sales are valued.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage our customer-facing Service team, including hiring and performance management.
• Ensure overall team performance and safety through leadership and coaching.
• Resolve customer-related issues and train the team on effective sales techniques.
