Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Service Manager to directly lead our customer-facing Service team. You will hire, coach, and manage performance while fostering a safe environment and ensuring top‑notch customer service.

You will train the team on sales techniques, perform goodwill visits, and drive sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals within budget constraints. The role involves on-site visits, hands-on leadership, and regular interaction with customers to maintain world-class service and strong

Qualifications

• Valid driver license required.
• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage a customer-facing Service team.
• Hire and perform in all aspects of performance management; provide leadership and safety culture.
• Drive service quality, resolve customer issues, and train the team on effective sales techniques.
• Meet or exceed sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals; manage budget and operational issues affecting service.
• Provide hands-on support to reports and, when needed, accompany service reps to customer sites.
