Job summary

Cintas Corporation in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Service Manager to directly manage our customer-facing Service team. You will handle hiring, performance management, and overall team performance while delivering world-class service at customer sites.

Responsibilities include leading with safety, resolving customer issues, training staff in sales techniques, and helping achieve sales, profit, inventory, and payroll goals.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience in industrial sales or customer service preferred.
• Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted.

Responsibilities

• Hire and manage a customer-facing Service team and oversee performance.
• Provide leadership to foster a safe working environment and high customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer-related issues and train team on effective sales techniques.
• Achieve sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals; manage a budget.
• Hands-on support including visiting customers and assisting in pickups/deliveries.
